Mr. Hasson is an experienced litigator and trial attorney in employment-related issues.  He has represented employers and employees alike in numerous employment disputes.

On behalf of employers, Mr. Hasson provides advice and support in many employment-related issues, including drafting employment contracts, non-compete agreements, employee handbooks, and handling unemployment compensation issues. Mr. Hasson has extensive experience litigating and enforcing employment contracts on issues involving non-competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality, covenants not-to-compete and other contract documents that protect our clients' interests to the fullest extent of the law.

On behalf of employees, Mr. Hasson has litigated many claims involving employment discrimination on the basis of age, race, sex, pregnancy, religion, national original and disability status.  He has secured extensive settlements on behalf of employees alleging employment discrimination. He also won large trial verdicts for clients asserting claims against former employers for unpaid wages and benefits.
